Kimberly Flood joined Northwestern Mutual in 2003 and has been an integral part of Monica's team since 2006. By being both insurance and securities licensed, Kim is able to provide each of Monica's clients the service and attention they deserve. Kim is happy to help Monica's clients any way she can.

Kirsten is a graduate of Ithaca College with a dual degree in Journalism and Acting. Kirsten studied abroad in Moscow, Russia in an intensive acting training program at the Moscow Art Theater School. Kirsten grew up in Minnesota, graduated from the Wayzata School district, and her family continues to reside here. She has two siblings: a brother studying at University of Wisconsin-Madison and a sister in her senior year at Wayzata who is the Captain of the Rugby team, which Kirsten plans to cheer on all next spring. Kirsten’s parents have always been role models for her in loving what you do; the first time Kirsten sat down with Monica Eckberg she knew that this was a business that she could align herself with because it is inspired by both intelligence and heart. In 2011 Kirsten joined Monica’s team, to continue the exceptional level of client support that Monica has striven to ensure.
